Privacy Policy — The Suave

This Privacy Policy explains how The Suave collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our Outreach platform — including Suave AI, S-Mail (email powered by Gmail), and optional work-management add-ons.

Google account data is accessed only if you connect Gmail to S-Mail with your explicit Google OAuth consent. We may access your Google account email address and profile identity, and Gmail mailbox data required for the features you use — including message metadata and content, threads, labels, drafts, send capability, and sync/history state — as permitted by the scopes you approve.

The Suave uses Google user data solely to provide S-Mail and Outreach email send. We do not sell Google user data, use it for ads, or train generalized AI / ML models on it. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

OAuth tokens and synced email records are stored in your isolated tenant workspace. You may disconnect S-Mail in the product or revoke access in your Google Account at any time. Deletion requests can be made through the Contact page.
